"Good afternoon, Mrs. Webster," Archer greeted Ella with utmost respect, as he approached her and Gillian.

The warrior didn't even realize that the royal gamma had come until he introduced himself. Apparently, he just arrived here because they needed to find the alpha.

Gillian sniffed the air briefly and was certain that the royal beta was also here, in one of the cars behind. It was most likely he was the one, who had sent his brother to deal with Ella, since it was easier to deal with this kind of situation using their influence.

After all, they couldn't go anywhere until the alpha gave them the all clear and Gillian was allowed to enter the car and drove them somewhere else.

"You…?" Ella was visibly shocked when she saw Archer Ashdown in front of her in person. She blinked a few times, as though by doing so, the gentleman before her eyes would disappear.
