Capítulo 197: An hour with you

The next morning...

The figure laying on the soft white sheets rolled to the side as the hand that was supporting her head slowly moved away to lay next to her.

Suddenly, her shoulders tensed as her eyes immediately flew open. 

'What's the time?' she raised a question to herself after jolting awake. 

Sitting up properly with her messy head, her mind wandered back to the events of the previous day.

Black circles surrounded her puffy eyes as her fingers went around her slightly swollen pale cheeks.

"Right, I have a flight!" She recalled and quickly got off the bed.

Picking up her phone from the nightstand, she checked the time to see it was still around 5 am. To her, she was already late as she had other things she wanted to do.

Putting down her phone, she slipped her feet into a pair of flip-flop lying beside her bed before hurrying into the bathroom.
