Capítulo 46: The Lycan and the Witch

Centuries ago, in an effort to keep the Lycan from gaining more power, the witch did not let him mark her.

Despite them— the first witch and the first Lycan— being mates. She refused to let him mark her. She didn't want the Lycan to be more powerful than her, she didn't want him to boss her around and change her life.

In anger, the Lycan marked a human.

And in fit of jealousy, the witch fought against the Lycan. Giving him a curse. This curse became the source of other were's and shifters.

Ava blinked at the woman's story. 

For some reason, she felt a little unsatisfied. When she heard the woman tell her about some mysterious past that the witches tried to hide, she thought of something magical, enticing.

Not a fucking jealous woman who cursed everyone because of her own doing! Of course, the fault also rested on the Lycan's shoulders. After all, he was equally responsible for what happened.
