Capítulo 12: BLACKMAILED

Adan could feel the cold as he was in his car when the heavy rain suddenly fell. He looked around and there he saw the darkening of the sky which seemed to match his feelings. He looked again at the gate of the Aragon mansion. He planned to return the money Amelia had given him yesterday but only now did he have time.

"Fuck this rain," Adan whispered to himself and took the umbrella to the trunk of his car.

He looked around again and went on when he saw that there weren't many people there. Marched closer to the gate of the mansion and looked up at the big name of the family that was there and there was even a quote below it.

And still, we rise.

"What a trash," he whispered again and rang the doorbell. But even before he could press it, he hesitated when he saw the mailbox there.

When he dropped the envelope there, his cell phone rang because of a call. When he saw that it was Annalise, he immediately answered it.

"Yes, Annalise."

"Adan…"
