Yelena's Pov

I sighed and sat on my chair after reading through the documents of the report regarding the drugs that the knights intake.

Apparently, we didn't get any good report. Everyone was holding back on seizing the drugs because it gives benefits. They promised to take the right dosage and not to consume too much.

However, the problem is that, we don't know the right dosage for them to intake. We tried our best on finding someone who is specialized in examining the drugs but we've got no response so far.

Everyday is so annoying, I don't feel so great.

I sighed and looked outside the window of my office. The wind is cold although the sun's up high.

I guess that the weather's changing again. The summer is almost over and it's been weeks since Avery departed from here to the tower.

It's funny because she was gone from my side two times in this life. Yet I can't seem to be used to it. I feel lonely everytime.
