Tyler's POV

It felt surreal to have Arabella back in my life, and it felt like I was living my life in another dimension as I looked at her smiling at me. Ara never smiled at me genuinely since she kept scowling at me every time we saw each other.

I know she was faking her smiles every time my daughter was around, but as she gazed at me after sharing a mind-blowing kiss, I could see her perfect white teeth shimmering like the stars in the night.

I didn't plan to have a night swim, but I couldn't stop myself from stumbling with her on the water, and it turned out so good that we ended up making out in the water for so long that we became out of breath.

The twinkling stars and the moon were our only witnesses as we became a couple again. I know kissing Ara would never be enough, and I could never be satisfied by just hugging her. I wanted more, but I knew we both needed to wait for the perfect moment, and I wanted that day to be special for both of us.
