I'm so sorry for the delayed review! But this story is definitely one that I'm glad I didn't miss. I usually don't read these types of mafia stories (since they're usually the cliche possessive ML and innocent FL). Thus, I was really glad to find out that the main driving point and characterization highlights the reformation process and society overall (whether it be interactions with his family or others). The FL is also not just a pushover but someone who's a distinct person of her own. It's fun reading their interactions and seeing how they might proceed ^-^ Overall, both Zane and Rose are three-dimensional, and the plot is not just a device to service their romance!

The author has outdone herself. The synopsis of the book is catchy and well put. The first chapter of the book throws you right into the action of Zane's life. World building is carefully planned and well executed, the author vividly explains everything giving a reader a clear image of what is taking place. It's an amazing story and I highly recommend it. Great job author.

I think a review is more than overdue 🤣🤣🤣. Romance in a mafia story is always intriguing especially because there is the danger of being in love with a bad boy. I like how the story puts emphasis on the character description and development. Zane is more than intriguing, and Rose is there to unravel the man ❤️.

This novel is so interesting! The synopsis was enough to make me feel interested and when I dived into the book itself, the first chapter made me so allured that I couldn't stop reading it. Good work, author! Even though I don't read FL books often these days, yours was really special! keep up the good work!

Okay okay. I am not really a fan of... mafia books. I am a fluff person at heart BUT. THIS IS GORGEOUS Our female lead, Rose I believe, is ... needless to say ... perfection I mean, who doesn't like a good sass in their female leads? Heh. THen there's our Male lead... wah. I love their chemistry. It's such a vibe, that you don't really get tired of it TEN TEN TEN!!!!!!!!

Black suit? Check. Expensive watch? Double check. Sexy stubble? Triple check! Hotel? Trivago. Just a meme review because I'm here to support the author's new work, don't mind me and click on read to judge for yourself!
