 Yet, in the next moment, Neveah's consciousness was pulled back to the very depths of her mind and for the first time in so long, Neveah's wolf seized control.

 Neveah was tossed back harshly and her wolf took possession of Neveah's form.

Neveah could not even react fast enough as the very next sound she heard was Xenon's quiet gasp of pain as her elongated canines tore through the flesh of his neck and sunk in deeply.

Neveah felt a sudden surge within her veins, like every fiber of her body had been set alight and made way for a new bond...a bond Neveah's wolf had just placed on Xenon without seeking his consent.
