Capítulo 512: What I Want Could Ruin Everything

Derek glared at Joy. She was seriously using his own words against him right now? 

"So what? So what, Joy? What I want could ruin everything. I'm not willing to do that so stop asking me to—"

He was cut off by her kissing him. It was only a peck but his brain completely short-circuited because he had never been kissed on the lips before and had honestly believed he would die without it happening. He ended up letting her lead him to the couch without a word and all he could do was stare blankly at her as she sat him down and looked at him expectantly. 

"What do you want, Derek?" Joy asked seriously. 

What did he want? He couldn't even remember right now with how shellshocked he was.

It took Derek over a minute to be capable of speech again. And once he was, all he was able to say was, "You. I want you."
