"You both should go back to the inn. It's closing time now; if you don't make it back in time, they won't let you in." the middle aged lady kindly reminded. 

"Yes, thank you." Lucien and Leon left the area and went back towards the inn. 

The person who is following them is still in their tracks. Masterly blending in the shadows. Leon was nervous, sensing that the person was determined to see them off until they got back to the inn.

What was their intention?

Lucien took a sharp turn to the right as he quickened his strides. He did not expect to be slammed by another person. It could be because he is a female right now, his strength has significantly dropped.

It was only bumping into someone else, but Lucien wasn't able to control his body, and he toppled to the ground. 

"I'm so sorry, miss. Are you okay?" Keith's words echoed in his ears. Lucien glared at his 'pretending to be sorry but is secretly laughing' face.
