Capítulo 203: Rumors of Someone New

***ALEX'S POV***

It had taken me a few days to get from the village where I had eaten with Chestnut, the squirrel lady, to the next stop on the journey. I knew from Isabelle's memories that this village was filled with apes. And that there were different types of apes in this world.

Much like the Herbivore villages, this place had a lot of different beast men and women. Though it was a little hard to tell them apart from each other. And, oddly enough, they looked more human than I thought they would.

For one thing, their ears were where I would expect human ears to be, just like Chestnut had said. And they had much less fur than the other beasts. In truth, they just looked like really hairy humans. Like the women had long arm hair, including in their pits, and their leg hair was longer and thicker too. Other than looking like humans that had never heard of the invention of a razor, they look rather human to me.
