Earth energy could be gained by making a contract with the Earth God or Goddess. Gained here means gaining control over such energy.

The system was essentially converting it into a skill and the gods or goddesses would also bless in such a format.

Using a skill is much easier than controlling the energy in its entirety.

When Shiro thought about this, he realized that the strongest form of energy that one could gain is Water energy. 

The Sea God would be the one who could give him such a skill.

As pirates are more common on the Sea, it would be one of the greatest blessings that one desire.

Other than that, he could gain the energy of wind by forming a contract with the Wind God. This would let him freely use skills related to air.
