Capítulo 49: An enchanting beauty

"Who do you think would win this game?" Adam heard Cathy ask the question to the woman standing beside her, who was looking anywhere but him.

He was about to go head to head in a shooting game against Jace. So far, they were both vying for the first price. He was competitive, and so was Jace.

They had been friends for a long time. They had worked together on many things until Jace decided to devote his life to this little town, healing people. 

And among the other reasons, he decided to transfer to this place far from civilization, hiding from the rest of the world.

"I would not know. Jace and Adam seem to be both good." Avana safely answered. 

He would show her who was better as he prepared for the start of the competition. He believed they had attracted several spectators interested in the game.
