We entered our house and we saw Aunty Misha, Mother, and Father.
Carla on seeing we returned said," Mikasa and Eren keep the logs there and wash your hands, lunch is ready".
We nodded and kept the wooden logs at the place, washed our hands, and seated ourselves. All of us started eating food as father saw newspapers for any exciting news. Mother on seeing that father hasn't started eating spoke," Dear start eating food now will become cold, you can see the newspaper later on".
Grisha nodded at her and kept the newspaper and started eating food, none of us spoke as we all quietly ate our lunch.
While I was eating I asked System mentally,' System today is the day they will attack, even if I don't have Titan powers should I retaliate? After all, I was reincarnated for that reason didn't I? and Spider powers will be enough to save more people '.
System: Host it is advised to you that you start changing things after acquiring Titan powers since while no doubt you can fight, you can't fight all of them, not to mention using your powers openly will expose you.
I got an angry hearing on System's reply, due to my training I maintained a normal face outside but from inside I was fuming,' System what's the use of me reincarnating If I don't change the events?! 20% people of Paradis will die in this invasion alone! I need to do something! '.
System: Host don't be a fool, you have a high chance of dying against the Titan Shifters as of now, as for saving people, if people inside the walls get to know about your powers, like the Original they will put a trial on you even if you don't shift into a Titan and Nobles will try to use you putting your family at risk. The people inside the walls mainly nobles who are on high authority will try to use you in some way, I recommend you get Titan powers before making a move.
I after hearing the System's reply understood what System wanted to say and I replied,' I know about those greedy nobles but most of the people who will suffer are peasants and all of them are innocent '.
System: Host in the future if the need arrives, you will need to destroy the outside world like real Eren, and many common people will die so don't be a p*ssy.
I after hearing System's words my face became dark as intense anger swelled inside of me.
Mikasa: Eren are you Okay? you look uncomfortable?
I came out of my thoughts and saw Mikasa had a worried look, I quickly calmed myself and replied," It's okay Mikasa, I was just thinking about what happened to the Corps today".
Others too looked at me and gave a confused look, Mikasa cleared their doubts by telling them about the failed expedition and all of them gave me an understanding look and continued eating food.
After seeing that aren't focusing on me I asked System mentally,' System what do you mean that I have to do the same as Original Eren? What's the use of me if everything remains like Original?!'.
System: Host, first you need to understand while Original Eren's move was heartless that was the best way to save Paradise after all Paradise don't stand a chance against Marley due to their Military advancements, secondly, you don't need to kill all the world, you can just give huge damage or destroy Marley and its allied Countries. This will spread fear over the world which will give enough time for Paradise to become a Powerhouse.
Host you can also lessen the damage Paradise gets after acquiring your Titan powers and change many future events after that, you must understand host you can't protect Paradise forever thus some sacrifices need to be made.
After hearing the Systems I thought for a bit and understood that Unfortunately it is true and the best way to save Paradise, unless I become Op and God I need to follow this way to save Paradise unfortunately, I replied to System with a guilty conscience,' Sorry System for doubting you and yelling at you.
System: No problem host, I understand that after all the training you did and all the hard work you can't the events must have given you a bad feeling, and Host you must remember this is not some dilly daily cute world this is an Attack on Titan World a Tragedy world, you can't change the tragedy as of now but you sure can lessen it, and give it a suitable ending.
I replied,' Yes, I must remember what type of world this is and I must change myself a bit according to the world but System are you sure it's okay? After what about Azura Mazda's quest?
System: System his quest is just to change your, your friends, family, and Paradise ending not the whole world's it doesn't matter to him what happens to this world and host he is a cosmic being, not some kind of Biblical God who let the betrayers become fallen Angels that will cause problems for his beloved children in future.
I shuddered after hearing System's word and understood that Cosmic beings like him don't care about life that much and I still remember how he erased 50000 souls before finding me suitable.
I was naive at all huh? I need to accept the fact that the world is a cruel place.
System: Finally you got some sense host.
I nodded and thought that first I should save my mother and others.
I finished my lunch and washed my hands and mouth and saw dad getting ready to leave.
Eren: Dad when will you return home again?
Grisha: Maybe in one week or two weeks, I will be heading interior to check up a Noble.
Carla: Very well, I hope you return soon.
Gisha nodded and left for the carriage, I then looked at my mother who was washing dishes with Aunt Misha and I went towards her and said," Mom can you go to the forest with me today?".
Carla: Why Eren?
Eren: I need to show something to you guys.
Carla was a bit confused and said," What do you want to show?"
Eren: Its secret Mom! I really want to show you something amazing! Aunty you and Mikasa should come too!
Misha perked at that and looked at Mikasa and asked her what I wanted to show but Mikasa replied its something amazing and told her to come too.
Misha: Okay Eren, we will come with you.
I secretly gave a thumbs up to Mikasa and she responded by giving a Thumbs up too.
I then thought,' Now just Armin and his Grandfather are left, I need to fool them too and ask them to come with me '.
