Cassie blinked and composed herself.

"Fine. Aren't you going to ask me why I came to Africa?" She asked me.

"Oh, we will get to that soon enough. I have another question for you. I have waited months to ask you" I grabbed both her arms and she struggled but it was pointless.

"What did you do to her? Is she still alive? Tell me right now!"

"Who are you talking about, Wally?" 

"Who else? What did you do Emily Williamson?! I can't find her! Did you kill her?"

 It was only when I felt the sting on my face that I realized she had slapped me.

"You really think I am capable of murder, Wally? Huh....Do you really think that I am capable of murder?" Cassie said in between her clenched teeth as she held my jaw roughly.
