Purifying and cleansing the Storm Well of its corruption was… a difficult task to say the least.

From his experience of using the Judgement Flames for the purpose of fighting and many others, Marcius had come to learn that devouring a concept was harder than devouring a physical aspect of something or someone.

The corruption of the Strom Well was… both. Its violent and wild nature that finally caused the well to become corrupted was a conceptual problem. The lightning energy that had gone truly violent without restraint was the physical problem. Thus, the corruption was a mix of both.
