"Bill, why did you decide to take the offer of the World Brand Chain of Restaurants."
"Mike, you should be aware of the time when I investigated the World Brand group."
"Yes, I remember."
"At that time, you seem to have heard some peculiar news about World Brand and set out on a journey to verify if that news was true."
"Correct, but are you aware of what was that news."
"No"
Saying this, Mike looked at Bill with a questioning face that looked eager for the answer.
"What was so interesting about that news that made you go out to investigate personally."
Bill looked at Mike, whose face seemed to say that he won't back off without listening to his answer.
"The news was that No one ever found any sort of legal connection between the branches of World Brand."
"And even without any Legal Connection or binding, all the branches work perfectly."
"Further, according to what I found, many of these branch presidents have never had any sort of contact in their entire lifetimes."
However, the entire group still works perfectly."
"It's as if they are all connected in a way that we could never find."
Speaking till here, Bill looked at Mike and said, "Mike don't you think that working for this group can allow us to progress faster."
"Otherwise, if we stay in Acacia, although we can still progress, it will take years, and in World Brand Chain of Restaurants, we might reach a level beyond our expectations in less than a year."
"This is why I decided to join the World Brand Chain of Restaurants."
When Bill completed his explanation, Mike sat there with an open mouth.
Mike had known that World Brand Chain of Restaurants must have something extraordinary for Bill to choose them, but this was still beyond what he thought.
He never imagined World Brand to be so mysterious.
A way of contact that was beyond the investigative ability.
"Bill, if World Brand really does not have any Legal Binding, then how can it still ensure its authenticity."
"I mean, what if World Brand Chain of Restaurants enters into a contract with someone else."
"Without a company, who would people sue in case of a default."
Bill smiles and says to Mike, "Nice, it seems you're also interested."
Mike replies, "Nonsense, of course, I'm interested."
"I know how harsh your judgment is, and if you decide to jump, then it can only mean that World Brand is far above Acacia; after all, you won't jump jobs just for a meager improvement."
"Now stop this and answer my previous question."
Bill nods and answers, "Each branch of World Brand functions as an individual."
"It means that all of them are Self-Proprietorship."
"Every branch makes contracts in the name of the owner."
Mike is surprised and asks, "You mean to say that everything related to that branch belongs to the branch's owner."
Bill: "Exactly, that is to say, even the building and hiring and other things are in the name of the branch owner and not the owner of World Brand."
Mike: "Wow, that's terrible."
Bill: "Why is it terrible?"
Mike: "Isn't it terrible if the branch owner needs to take over everything."
Mike: "In that case, the branch owner will be over once anything goes wrong."
Bill: "Oh, it's not like that."
Bill: "First of all, there are no chances of World Brand declining on its own in the near future as their cooks and ingredients are the best. Not just one of the best, but 'The Best'."
Bill: "SO if anything goes wrong, it means that there is a shadow of someone behind it, but there have only been a few cases of such trouble that I was able to investigate."
Bill: "And according to what I found, whoever troubled World Brand declined due to various reasons, all of which were legal."
Mike: "You mean to say that you're certain of a giant being behind World Brand."
Bill: "Yes, and this giant obviously has some amazing way of training as most of the people who get attached to World Brand will gain an immense growth in his/her abilities."
The more Bill spoke about World Brand; the more Mike felt its greatness.
You need to know that both Bill and Mike have studied a lot of successful giant corporations to learn from them.
Although they might not reach the apex, the details they have mastered can still keep them calm when learning about new giants.
However, in front of this World Brand, the duo once again felt that unreachable feeling.
At the current scale, World Brand has not even walked out of the national level category, but its appearance can still be more imposing than the real multinational giants.
