Though everything was still just an assumption, Hemeri was already convinced that if it were really the case, he would have no problem accepting General Eloria's condition. He would be more than willing to help her wipe out that two-faced man but... why?

What did Rayan Varence do to General Eloria for her to hate him that much? He was really curious.

"Have they ever met before the King's birthday party?" He asked Vicus who shook his head.

"I don't think so, Your Highness," Vicus replied. "When they chatted at the party, it seemed like the first time. In the past year, General had never met any of the royals, even the King."

The response eased Hemeri in some ways though it also made him more confused at some point.

If the two had never met each other before as Vicus assumed, then... why did General Eloria abhor the Fourth Prince?
