Capítulo 21: Harry’s birthday
A/N: quick question if in my ff Asgardians have divinity when Thor gets kicked out to earth does that all get locked? Or is he still super strong and stuff?

Harry's birthday is coming soon and I still have no idea what to get the little guy. I still have a couple of days to mull it over so I should be good.
Not much has happened since the start of 2010. I did have the meeting with General Joe Greller and it went basically the same direction as the one with the president the only difference was that it took me much longer getting him to sign it. I guess the years of military training and combat he went through helped beef up his mental fortitude.
Currently, I am at another boring charity event with Harry and Felicia honestly I can't fathom how Harry finds these events fun.
'Dad it's funny seeing these rich guys secretly fight' he says
Which I found funny until I realized I was one of those rich guys he likes to see get into little arguments with.
Speaking of getting into arguments Tony Arrogant Stark is heading my way.
"Norman! I almost thought I missed you hahaha I wanted to ask how hard is getting into the pharmaceutical game?" he said
"It's pretty difficult are you thinking of joining?" I asked
"Yeah maybe I will, I mean if you can make it Stark industries can," Tony said with a cocky grin
"Oh really? Haha, I doubt you could get your head around it I mean aren't you focused on getting beat up by criminals your dad ripped off?" I replied with an innocent smile
His smile faltered for a bit "how did you know that?"
"What don't tell me you thought Ivan Vanko kept it a secret? I mean he told a lot of people what happened." I answered with a teasing grin
"Really well it wouldn't surprise me not a lot of people can keep Stark industries out of their mouth. But I'm sure you know the pains with Oscap. Ah I better get going you know me having to save the day." he said purposefully saying Oscorp wrong
I mean he has to realize that right now my company is way more famous than his.
After Tony left Harry turned to me and said "see I told you, rich people fighting is the best."
Felicia just giggled at that. We went to socialize with some more people and it was going well till she showed up again like the plague.
"Norman good to see you again!" Emma Frost spoke in a cheerful tone
"Yes good to see you again Emma," I replied
"Really? If I didn't know any better I would say you avoid me. Right Felicia?" she said
"Hm, I don't know about that Emma, Norman probably just didn't see you," Felicia replied
"Of course of course I'm easy to miss." she said
"Ah, I almost forgot what I came here for. Norman I have to ask are you willing to supply new life independently?"
"Not currently but I can assure Emma if you are injured hospitals will have them stocked for use," I replied
"I see that's too bad if you do end up selling it independently please give me a call," she said
"Of course, you will be one of the first to know," I said with a kind smile
And of course the whole time we talked she kept trying to get into our heads. After she left the rest of the night was rather peaceful.

Every time I find Norman at these events I can never read his mind. First, it was him then it was his girlfriend and now his son I can't read any of their minds. But they all look like normal people how is he doing it?

After arriving home we all quickly called it a night.
I woke up with the sun shining on my face. Checking the time I saw that it's only eight in the morning. I've been going to work less frequently these days as I am the CEO I'm frankly not needed most of the time.
Harry's birthday is only a week away so I need to think of a gift soon I have a couple of ideas but nothing too crazy.
I appeared in the base thinking I'm just going to train a bit when Caliban runs up to me and says "Doc that same mutant appeared again! And again she is getting approached fast by two groups of mutants."
"Really? Call the Raven, Gambit, Rogue, And Laura." I replied
If I can get Magik into the League then I would have a powerful sorcerer.
Once everyone I called assembled I said "Raven and the rest are familiar with the situation Laura but here's what's going down a mutant by the name of Magik has just turned up again go with them to capture her." Laura seemed to not like the word capture
"Laura she will get a choice much like everyone does if they wish to join us or not." after saying that she seemed relieved
"Really boss what was my choice?" Bullseye called out as he walked into the room
"To join or die a horrible death." I answered
".."
Seeing everyone was silent I said "go and be careful."
---pov narrator---
Once dressed in their League outfits Raven, Gambit, Rogue, and Laura left immediately
They appeared on the edge of a battlefield. People fighting like crazy while the girl they were sent to grab was just watching the battle with a funny expression.
On one side there is magneto, Blob, Toad, and Avalanche. And the other side Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, and Colossus.
And then there is just Iron man fighting Magneto yelling something about how his armor is superior then Magneto's Mutant abilities.
"What the fuck?" Gambit says
After he said that everyone turned to him.
"You idiot why did you say something?!" Raven shouted
"Raven?" Said a confused magneto
"Who is Raven?" responded Raven
'That's definitely Raven I can recognize that voice anywhere! Why is she acting like she's not Raven is it mind control?' Thought Magneto
"Hey, girl want to come with us?" Said Gambit not minding the awkward mood
"HEY, where are the people you guys took! And who are you!" shouted Logan aka wolverine
'Hey, they look like they work with doc.' Tony thought before shooting another beam at a confused Magneto making the fight ensue
Logan rushed at the League of Shadow members and Laura met him unleashing her claws.
*tang*
Their claws met creating sparks
"Who are you and why do you smell like me?" Logan asked
Not answering Laura rushed at him again and their fight started again
Gambit was throwing explosives everywhere while Raven used shadows to hold Magik in place Rogue shadow walked behind her and touched Magik quickly draining her.
Rogue has gotten used to using her ability now so she doesn't feel bad about touching people anymore.
'What the fuck?' was the last thing Magik thought before passing out
Rogue quickly scooped her up in her arms now with gloves on and shadow walked back to the base. Raven followed shortly after and so did Gambit leaving just Laura.
Seeing her comrades leave Laura let out a low growl and left as well.
---Pov Tony next day---
Okay, what the fuck is the cyclops doing here again.
"What do you need my greatness for this time?" I asked the two people
"Tony I would like you to meet Maria hill you already know Natasha and Phil. We came here because we need information." the cyclops said
"I see you like to surround yourself with beautiful women well and Phil. So what do you want?" I said with my trademark grin
"We know you fought with magneto and the brotherhood of mutants but what I am more interested in is the people who interrupted the fight." said fury
"Huh, you mean those shadow guys? How am I supposed to know who they are?" I replied
"Well, what did they say?" he asks
"Something about taking the girl and not liking ravens," I answered
"What do ravens have anything to do with this?" fury asked confused
"I don't know they just don't like them," I answered
"Yeah okay. Thanks for the help Mr.Stark." fury said before leaving
-----fury pov ----
"They were probably talking about a mutant named Raven," Natasha said
"Yeah that's my guess Phil look into it and Natasha you are free to go," I said
------pov mc------
Arriving at the base I directly go toward the room Magik is being held.
*fwoosh*
Opening the door I see she is still unconscious. Walking up to her bed I shook her awake.
"Wha- what is going on?" she says in a confused state
"You are being hunted by two mutant groups every time you appear," I said
"Not that! I mean where am I," she said
"Oh, I can't tell you that yet," I replied
"Why?" she asked
"Because I don't know if you will join us. If you do join us you won't be hounded down anymore by those two groups." I said
"Well, how am I supposed to know if I want to join if you won't tell me who you are!" she snapped at me
"And why can't use my powers!" she added
"You can't use your powers because of your fancy new necklace. And the League is a place where you have the freedom to choose what you want to do except of course missions I assign." I replied
"What type of missions?" she asked inspecting the mutant power dampener around her neck
"I will have Rogue explain to you," I said motioning Rogue inside
After about an hour of having Rogue talk to her, she told me she was ready to talk.
"I'm still not sure about joining," she said
"What makes you unsure?" I asked
"Well, some of the missions seem like something a villain would do. And I like my freedom," she said
"Hm, that's one way to think about what we do but another way to think about it is we are a neutral party that only moves for the benefit of us," I replied
"Hm, would it be possible to think about it?" she asked
"Take your time but I have to warn you if you stay and watch them fight like an idiot I won't be coming to get you," I said grabbing her shoulder shadow walking away
"Here," I said dropping her off in an alley then taking off her collar
"I can use my powers!" she screams in joy her Russian accent comming out
"Goodbye Illya~," I said in a creepy voice watching her freeze as I sink into the shadows
"H-how do you-" is all I heard before I disappeared
--break--
days have passed since that day, I decided to wait to ask her again after Harry's birthday party. With Harry's party approaching fast I decide to get my present today. I made some calls and my gift for the little guy is now ready.
---pov Harry during his birthday party---
I am hanging out with Peter and Ned when my dad calls me downstairs to get my gift.
"Come on guys let's see what pops got me," I said to Peter and Ned
Walking downstairs a goddess caught my eye. HOLY SHIT THAT'S LYDIA FROM TEEN WOLF.
Play it cool Harry
Play it cool she's walking over.
"Hey, Harry right? I heard you're a big fan so I couldn't miss out on your birthday!" She said with an angelic smile
Play it smooth Harry, you the man "s-sup."
Shit. What the hell was that answer!
"I mean I'm a big fan can I get a picture?" I said with some gusto
"I'd be happy to!" she replied
Yeah, best birthday ever. Once everyone left I turned to my dad and said "you should have told me! I wasn't dressed my best."
"Pfft dude your 14 she's way out of your league," Dad replied with a big grin
"Tch I will show you."
Just wait old man you will see my greatness!
