Capítulo 9: CCTV PROOF

"After this where are we going?"

David, who had just entered the car, asked a woman who was beside him with a sweet smile.

"Hey, don't you still have a lot of work to do?" said Jane with a furrowed brow. "Well, you promised to buy clothes for me, this is more than enough."

"You don't want anything?" asked David with raised eyebrows looking at the person beside him at this moment.

"No," answered Jane. "Come on, take me home quickly."

After that, someone who was beside him immediately took a deep breath before finally deciding to drive his car away from the shop.

During the trip, no one spoke and only the sound of car audio could be heard.

Jane, was just silent while staring at the highway with her mind constantly focused on a girl who suddenly came to the Mansion.

She wanted to ask David, but he felt that this was not the right time to ask that question, so she was now in a dilemma.

But David who was beside her turned his head and saw something unusual that made the man immediately ask.

"What?" he asked with one hand that was currently trying to touch his best friend's wrist. "You seem to be thinking about something."

Jane, who was surprised, immediately turned to the side where David was. The woman sighed for a moment before finally turning her face the other way.

"No David," the woman replied as she released her hand from the man beside her. "I didn't think anything of it, maybe it's just your feelings."

The man who felt that something was wrong with someone beside him immediately sighed with his gaze that had not been separated from the highway.

Until a red traffic light made him stop his car and then David took the opportunity to ask a woman beside him for more details.

"I've known you for years, Jane. So you can't lie to me at all, tell me what happened."

The woman beside him now started to close her eyes trying to hold back tears.

Jane thought it would be too much for her to cry in front of David. This wasn't her at all and the woman didn't want to appear weak in front of the man.

"Jane," David called. "I'll stop asking if you tell the truth."

"David ..." The woman sighed for a moment before finally looking back at the man beside her. "Do you have someone?"

The man who heard it immediately frowned at a woman who was beside him at this time before David finally wanted to speak.

However, the sound of the horn made David very forced to give up his intention so the man now immediately drove his car. While Jane lowered her head and sighed with a feeling that was hard to explain.

A car had just entered the Mansion area, so Jane, who knew about it, immediately took her groceries and got out of the car, leaving David alone.

But before that Jane didn't forget to thank the man for giving him all this.

"What happened to her? Why would Jane ask that?"

David, who was still in the car, immediately pinched the bridge of his nose for a moment while thinking about what had happened to Jane.

'David, do you have someone?'

This made him who knew about it immediately take a deep breath before finally getting out of the car to check the CCTV.

"Raka!" he called who was currently outside the car.

A man who was David's bodyguard had just arrived, then lowered his head before finally saying, "Yes, I am here young master."

David who saw it immediately sighed for a moment with his hands on his hips.

Feeling that this was something very important, Raka immediately sent it to David for Mr. Young to see in person.

David, who had just arrived at the basement, immediately frowned when he heard a notification sound from his phone.

He immediately took out his phone from his pocket to confirm who had just sent him a message until he saw something he had been waiting for.

His eyes immediately sharpened when he saw something on his phone screen that made David unconsciously clench one hand.

"Is this what Jane meant?" mumbled David then put his phone back in his crown pocket. The man sighed for a moment before finally speaking again, "No wonder Jane asked that. But ... why did she come back after I kicked her out?!"

After that David immediately walked to the office to quickly arrive at his room and think about everything.

It seemed that the girl had provoked her anger against David so that the man would do something so that he would no longer return to his Mansion.

David never knew her, he had never done anything wrong so he had to be visited by someone he didn't even recognize at all.

"You'll see what I'll do later!" he said with his hands clenched into fists.

The man ignored all his employees who wanted to say hello but failed when he saw his boss who seemed not to be okay.

Now David had just arrived at his room with the man who immediately sat in his oversized chair to ask his best friend for help.

The man will pay any price just to solve this one problem. He wasn't going to lose just because of that strange girl because all he thought about was Jane.
