Capítulo 30: Chapter 30 (Mesmerizing)

Just as Nathan had requested, Alysia prepared hurriedly so that she could meet him. She applied some powder on her skin and looked at herself in the mirror as she adjusted her hair. She had to make sure that she looked perfect and alluring. As soon as she was done with the checks, she left her room and headed outside but was called back by her sister.

"Where is my sister hurrying off to?" Astrid asked her with smiles on her face as she approached her with her personal maid.

"I am going to see a friend my dear."

"You look beautiful. I am actually bored with this house and everything in it. Father is always busy handling stuff. There is no one to talk to. Can I come with you?" Astrid asked her with pleading eyes and her mouth pouted.
