Zhang Jian was completely focused on her while she worked on her painting. He was evaluating every stroke and every color that she chose for it.

Zhang Jian found that Han Mei was quite a good artist. Her own set of brushes was exquisitely beautiful and looked kind of expensive. From the looks of it, Han Mei belonged to some rich family.

At first Zhang Jian wasn't sure what Han Mei was painting and he didn't want to ask her while she was painting either. That would have diverted her concentration.

She had acted all mysterious when he had asked her earlier which had aroused his curiosity and he just couldn't wait to find out.

Zhang Jian partially guessed her intentions when she chose to use a combination of blue and white for the upper part of the painting. Zhang Jian knew that she was painting some kind of a landscape with a sunny blue sky.

After waiting for a while, he finally figured out that the painting was that of a beach and a sunny sky.
