Eleonore’s POV
Throughout the day Amanda and I had spent our time together. It felt good to have some familiar company around the compound and the two of us often found ourselves reminiscing about the past and how different things were now compared to that simpler time.
“So you don’t think we should tell her anything?” Amanda asked as we sipped on the cold drinks that had been prepared for us.
Although it was becoming later in the afternoon and leading into the early night, the weather and air around us had stayed a surprisingly warm degree. So much so that Amanda and I had opted to wear lighter clothes than what we did in the earlier morning.
I shrugged as I raised my hands to respond. ‘I don’t think it would be a good idea, the only reason you or I know anything to begin with is because we’re directly involved.’
