Capítulo 60: Bad Timing?
(3rd Person POV)
"A pleasant morning to everyone that had gathered here today." The mysterious man beside the Electro Archon spoke eloquently with a gentle smile.
"So this man is our new patron... I'm delighted to find out that he seems like a kind god." A random person spoke out about what most of the citizens were thinking.
"Kyaa! My Prince Charming!" Exclaimed a female onlooker. A lot of the female audience reached the same consensus.
The male on the podium was easily going up in the men's popularity ranking. Swiftly nearing Kamisato Ayato's fame in Inazuma. The bad rumors about him aren't enough to downgrade him at all.
"I will be the one to announce the will of the Raiden Shogun. I hope everybody do not mind?" Raiden Lu waited for any disagreement from the audience, which did not arrive. Before landing his eyes on Raiden Ei for her permission. In which, she only nodded in response.
" 'Even the Land of Eternity must change for a better future.' This is the exact first doctrine from her majesty." He relayed. The citizens were unsurprisingly, shocked by the news. Their deity finally decided to take action after so long.
"I'm sure all of you have noticed some changes already just earlier, and probably have lot of questions, so let me introduce them all to you. Let's start from the Tri-Commision!" Lu then pointed at the group of people at the left side of him.
"Greetings to everyone. My name is Kamisato Ayato. And yes, I still am the Yashiro Commisioner." The head of the Kamisato clan introduced himself with a sly smile. Some people who clashed with him for the power struggle in Inazuma grimaced at the bad news.
"Reizenbou, adoptive daughter of the Great Tengu Sasayuri, aka Raiden Lu. From now on, I will be the head of the Tenryou Comission!" The gorgeous tengu proclaimed intensely. You can easily imagine the sigh that came out from the mouth of her adoptive father. The sudden revelation caused the citizens to be rowdy.
"Eh?! Our new deity was the tengu general who perished in the Archon War in the past?!" A scholar from Inazuma exclaimed. He was excited for such a new discovery.
"No wonder his presence was accepted with ease by the others..." The wanderer, Kazuha, said to no one in particular.
"I am Raiden Makoto everyone~! You can say that me and the Raiden Shogun was somewhat blood related~. I didn't become the Kanjou Commisioner just for that though, hehe~." The cheerful commissioner easily captured the hearts of both genders.
"I told you they look similar! Who's stupid now?!" A businessman from overseas shouted at his friend.
"You can't blame me! There was never a record of the Raiden Shogun having any sorts of family! There was a chance she was only imitating how the Almighty Shogun looked or it might be just a worldly coincidence..." Someone from the Kanjou commission replied to him, trying to find a perfect excuse, but failed.
The Comissioners ended their turn and sat down. Then a loud cheer came from the citizens. The three of them were unfazed by the attention given to them, like they were used to it for a long time.
"And to my right are the new Three Great Yokais of Inazuma. I'm sure a lot of you wondered where they were after they suddenly disappeared without a trace." Lu said with his usual smile, before giving them the spotlight.
"Hello everyone~. I am certain that all of you have heard of me at least, but let me introduce myself." A well-known Kitsune stepped forward.
"Yae Miko, the Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine. And now the new chief of the Yokais of Mt. Yougou and leader of the Kitsunes, following our goddess, Kitsune Saiguu~." The fox lady stated in one breath.
"Congratulations Lady Yae!" A priestess of the mentioned shrine praised.
"I didn't know the Guuji was a Kitsune..."
"We should've figured it out, with that foxy personality of hers."
"Yeah..." Two soldiers stared at each other for their stupidity.
"We meet again comrades! Successor of the original Great Tengu, Reizenbou!" A more familiar tengu suddenly appeared.
"So the Tenryou Comissioner... is also the leader of the tengus?... This is confusing." The crowd was hit with a de javu and a slight headache due to her second appearance.
"As expected from the new deity's daughter and successor!" Someone managed to let out some noise amid the chaos, at least.
"Yoohoo everyone! Is it finally my time? Say it is! Shinobu, should I do it now?!" Another familiar face showed himself. He was still a little confused, though.
"Yes boss... Get on with it already. The People! Are Waiting!" Someone's still mad...
"Do your best boss! Show them that the Arataki Gang rules!" A fat gang member cheered.
"Our power will finally be known to the entirety of Inazuma!" Another gang member said, on the thin side this time. He was currently on cloud nine from his delusions.
"Hehe, leave it to me! I'll show them what I got!" The oni said before activating his new geo vision to create a slight quake. That definitely took people's attention.
"Arataki Numero Uno Itto! The coolest and baddest of all! And the One and Oni, chief of the horned Yokais! The Onis!!! Hell Yeah!!!" Itto posed proudly before cheering with a loud voice.
"How the hell did this happen..."
"Maybe our new deity made a slight mistake unknowingly?..."
"My eyes! I can't believe my eyes!"
His entrance unquestionably made the biggest impact among the introductions. Not just for the absurdity of the situation, but also about how he fits the role perfectly.
"Told ya hon~. The boy is charismatic enough to pull it off~..." A hidden oni whispered to Lu through his mind.
"You don't say..." The deity blatantly said so, but he was surely smiling inside.

(POV Change)
"Lumine! Wait for a minute!" Paimon flew hastily to catch up to the excited traveler. Not only because of her speed, but also since she was having a bad feeling about this.
The flying creature arrived just in time through the crowded place just to find a flabbergasted Lumine.
She followed where the traveler was staring intensely at just to find that bastard... and the Electro Archon kissing in front of so many people.
"Oh no..." The little devil shivered as she noticed Lumine's eyes full of uncontainable rage.
