Capítulo 59: Breeze Of The New Year
The once-bustling city was suspiciously silent. Maybe not that surprising since it was currently dawn.
Another unsurprising thing is the ongoing explosions inside the Naganohara Shop. Luckily, a certain someone heard the complaints and was able to fix the problem before everyone went to bed.
And that certain person was experiencing hell right now.
"Hon~, a new batch came from the east~... They seemed to be visitors from Sangonomiya~." The devil spoke once more.
"First the tengus, then the yokais, and now the fish gang?! Where is Lumine when I need her?!!!" Raiden Lu complained as he was the only one who could handle the transportation of concurring visitors of Inazuma.
(What am I, an uber?! I'll make sure this won't happen again... A few teleportation stations should be easy enough.)

A few hours passed after the first exhausting mission of the gallant emperor ever since he came to this world. The early risers were already preparing for the new day when something happened.
The skies above Inazuma darkened and thunder roared, symbolizing the might of the
God of Eternity, the current Electro Archon. But it soon calmed down after conveying its meaning.
"Citizens of Inazuma, heed my words. Gather at the Statue of the Omnipresent God, and there... A new order awaits." A toneless voice boomed throughout the entire city.
It is none other than the voice of the Raiden Shogun, the Almighty Narukami Ogosho, God of Thunder. Needless to say, the bustling city has returned once more.

(POV Change)
"I've finally arrived once again... Back to my hometown." I tattled, in recollection of some memories while walking around the streets.
(But I didn't expect such a big ordeal as soon as I found myself here.)
A big crowd was huddling near the statue, which I only have bad memories of.
I then walked towards it to unravel the situation as silent as the blowing wind.
"Maintain the order of every single person! There shan't be a single mistake, as the Raiden Shogun will be descending here herself!" I followed the commanding voice, and there I found the tengu general Kujou Sara. I myself bear no grudge against her, as she was just following orders during that fateful time.
"Woah! Look at that! Even the three commissioners are here!" Somebody pointed at the podium, the right side of the statue.
"Greetings everyone. Please do not mind us." An elegant girl holding a fan said with a smile.
Even the Shirasagi Himegimi was here... besides her was none other than the silent Yashiro Commissioner. Head of the Kamisato Clan, Kamisato Ayato.
"Kakaka! Join us here Sara! Even if I hold this position now, it was still once yours." A gorgeous tengu exclaimed. With her, was another powerful-looking tengu. The Kujou tengu hesitated a bit, but followed her nonetheless.
(I heard that Kujou Sara was appointed temporary commissioner after the crimes of the previous one were revealed. In that case... the new tengu must be her replacement. How intriguing...)
"Hello everyone! I hope we get along~!" An energetic greeting was provided by another person.
(She feels a tad bit familiar for some reason. But if she was with the other two, then she must be the last Commissioner.)
A theory greatly supported by the presence of Lady Hiiragi Chisato, the daughter of the previous one.
"Lady Ayaka is wonderful as ever. She even smiled at me!" Guy 1
"You must be dreaming bro, she clearly smiled at all of us... But Lady Makoto is different! She definitely smiled at me!" Guy 2
"You guys and your delusions. Haaah... But does anyone know about the tengu commissioner? If even Lady Sara respects her, then she must be amazing!" Girl 1
"I heard that her name was Reizenbou when I followed her to the Tenryou Commission. So she must be The Great Tengu herself! She even proclaimed that she was the adoptive daughter of our new deity!" Girl 2
(An unfamiliar name and a name from the past... What is happening right now? Does that mean the Three Great Yokai Clans still exist?... Other than that, the final bit of the last person who talked is a bit concerning...)
"Lady Guuji! And is that... the Sangonomiya'n Army?! What on Teyvat is happening right now?!!!" Soldier 1
"Shush, Dude! We are still on duty. But still... I'll definitely ask for an autograph later from Lady Yae Miko." Soldier 2
The two factions then met with each other. Behind the chief priestess was another unknown person. A conflict seems to be arising since my friend Gorou hurriedly left the scene.
"Well well well, To think I would meet the divine priestess of Sangonomiya here. Now that I think about it, we did meet at the gathering. But this should be our first proper meeting. How nice to finally meet you~." Lady Yae stretched out her hand with a shady smile.
"A pleasure to meet you as well." The incoming conflict was then defused quickly. Due to Kokomi, finishing their greetings immediately.
(This wasn't the Kokomi I remember. The one I know wouldn't back down from a challenge... She also seemed a bit more mellow now... Suspicious...)
"Yo! Are we late?! We better not be! This festival shouldn't start without the One and Oni, Arataki Itto! Hell Yeah!!!" An Oni shouted as he entered the stage.
"Good Going boss!" Gang Member 1
"The Gang Rules!" Gang Member 2
"And then there was none!" Gang Member 3
"Boss! You're the chief now, so you should act like one! And you! Stop with the poetic lines already!!!" The shinobi next to him angriliy berated. She seemed unusually pissed off for some reason.
"My my~, let him be Shinobu! I'm sure it will all work out in the end~ I agree with you about the on that last one though~. Fufufufu~." A petite oni calmed down the raging Shinobu.
(I felt chills for some reason...)
More Yokais appeared, each of them standing with their one group. The citizens of Inazuma were amazed after witnessing the legendary creatures appear one by one.
(I was right! The Three Great Yokais did come back, and with them were what seemed like important people with unfamiliar faces.)
"Silence!!!!!" A voice full of pressure was heard as a lightning rift opened in front of us. I still remember the adrenaline I felt back then, clear as day.
"The Raiden Shogun..." I whispered to myself. And there she appeared clad in lightning. With her was a handsome man rivaling her aura of divinity.
(So this person is our new deity... Hmm?!)
I was frozen when I noticed the new god staring at me intently. He then flashed a smirk, before turning his attention to the beauty besides him.
(What on Archons was that? I'm sure he recognized me from before when he first made his appearance in Inazuma, but still...)
(Even though he was staring straight at me... I felt like it wasn't me he was focused on.)

(3rd Person POV)
"Ouch, my head! This beautiful world is currently spinning before my eyes..." A feminine looking person said as they rubbed their head.
"Did the wine finally hit you, bard? Maybe it is time for you to come to your senses." A stoic red-haired person said with scorn.
"This is nothing Master Diluc! Keep the drinks coming please! You can just say... that I got busted, Teehee~." The owner of the shop named Diluc only stared at him in suspicion, but didn't pry any further into it.
He was used to the cryptic words of the drunk bard, after all.

Author's note:
Sorry for the lack of chapters for the past 2 days. At least I was able to catch up to some genshin stuff for that time.
The upload schedule will change to every other day since I need to stock up chapters for reasons. I considered making two chapters a day, but neither do I have enough brain juice nor time to do it.
It will continue until I have 10 chapters stocked, and even after that I think the schedule will continue due to me making another fanfic.
A COTE one probably, the reason for my one month vacation back then. Season 2 was coming so I read it and it immediately went up on my favorite light novels. The lack of COTE fanfics in webnovel is a crime.
I also have an original novel in mind, but I'll save that for later. I still need more experience in writing to go through it. Do expect it, though, I promise it will be a really wholesome one!
