Capítulo 31: Further developemnts.
Michael's eyes slowly fluttered open, he recalled what happened when he last fell unconscious. The war , the betrayal, the rage, the everything.
Once everything came back to him.
Michael couldn't help but feel ashamed.
He lost his cool.
And it caused him to almost loose his mind.
Michael became almost an entirely different person.
"Brother!"
Michael glanced up to see Gabriel rushing forward to pull him in a hug, Michael flinched from the contact.
Once he broke he smiled at him, "Father told me you were up, I rushed over to see if you were ok."
Michael nodded, and looked down. his hair shadowing his eyes.
Gabriel noticed this, and looked concerned, "Brother...are you ok?"
Michael sighed, before he took a deep breath.
"Gabriel, I...I lost my composure," Michael said depressed, "Kakorot had taught me the consequences and I failed, I....I am...I have no excuses, I am sorry."
There was a moment of silence, before Gabriel out a hand on his shoulder and smiled.
"We all lost something that day Michael." he said, "We all felt anger, there is nothing wrong with that."
"Your brother is right Michael." a voice said, the two's neck snapped towards the source of the voice.
Kakarot was slowly walking towards them with a small smile on his face.
"Brother." Gabriel nodded his head towards him. Kakarot nodded back, his eyes traveled down to Michael.
Michael's head bowed down.
He could feel the tears come from his cheeks, his tears once they left his chin, started crystallizing beautifully, before it reached the ground.
It shattered like glass.
His first tear.
Kakarot smiled softly at him.
"Little brother...." my voice sounded once again.
Michael refused to look at him.
"Look at me." I said this with a little force, but the power, and the authority behind my words forced Michael to look me in the eyes, flinching as he did so.
Are your wings black?" I asked with a smile, he eyed his wings from the corner of his eyes before shaking his head.
"Are you still here?" Michael was confused at this question, but he nodded his head.
"Than you did nothing wrong." I said softly, "do you see me here, and my wings are still white yes?"
He nodded slowly.
"That's because I am still here, and if I haven't done nothing wrong than that means you haven't done anything wrong either."
I gave a paused at Michaels shocked look.
"But brother I-"
"Your not the only one that has lost his composure too." I replied looked at him with a slight sad expression, "I snapped that day too, and did more than just feel an untold amount of anger for samael's actions."
There was another moment of silence after I said that.
"Where is he now?" Michael asked.
I Shook my head, "banished, He and the other angels that truly betrayed us are receiving punishment as they speak. Oh and his name is not Samael anymore, his title has been stripped from his being, and after his punishment, it will stay like that until he gets his act together. that goes with his supporters too."
Michael nodded his head, his spirits lifting slightly, he smiled at his brother, "Thank you Kakarot."
I smiled, "You are my little brother, I am just trying to make sure you are alright."
"Also, theree is someone I want you to meet, and before you think of it, she is not a replacement of Samael."
They looked up with curiousity.
On cue, with a violent burst of flames. the Pheonix force appeared and landed gently onto my shoulder with a flap of her wings.
Michael instantly recognized the flames from his own...
"Thats..."
I nodded with him and smile, "You would be correct in your own assumptions, little brother." he gently ran his fingers through one the feathers of her wings.
She was indeed, birthed from the flames of your sword."
Gabriel looked at her in curiosity, she has the same power level as the endless had before they trained with Kakorot.
She bowed her head slightly in greeting, [It's nice to meet you uncles.]
"So you can speak telepathically?" Michael asked curiously, Gabriel stayed silent, but his eyebrow was raised in curiosity.
[I can, it is one of the many gifts the great creator has given to me to speak.] the bird thrilled.
I smiled at there reactions and pat her on the head.
"Do you plan on training her like you did with us brother?" Gabriel asked curiously.
I smiled and nodded my head, causing the bird to look at me.
I gave her a wink, before glancing back at them.
"She is going to be your new nephews, so I hope that you accept her into the family."
Michael and Gabriel exchanged glances, before Michael smiled, Gabriel nodded his head.
They both accepted her.
The Pheonix force felt something, it was something she only felt when she was accepted by her father. It was a sense of happiness, and a sense of satisfaction.
It felt good.
