Capítulo 138: New Horizon

Initially Ryo did not want to use his abilities as a Rifter because he thought, the true ability of a Rifter lies in the ability of the body and mind without using internal energy.

However, Ryo was still very naive to think that he could defeat a pack of wolves without using his powers.

"Damn it, even I can lose to these wolves. In the end, Rifters are just mortals without their powers, huh?"

Ryo took the Katana out of the spatial space and pulled it from the scabbard. A black aura immediately enveloped Ryo's body and made the wolves tremble.

"The game of hide and seek is over, prepare to die, all of you."

The wolves didn't have the slightest chance when dealing with Ryo who had entered his Rifter mode.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

With just three moves, Ryo cut off the leader wolf's head and frightened the rest of the wolves and fled from there.

The ground around him became stained with blood, some even hitting his face.
