And what surprised him even more was how the magician was holding a rope, and it tied the hands of a woman he knew. That woman was none other than Lady Anneline, and she was forced to stay behind the magician.

Just like how King Gerold had appeared in the castle's reception hall earlier, Kedren and Lady Anneline also walked down the stairs from the second floor of the castle. Kedren walked in front, while Lady Anneline was forced to follow the man because the man was still holding the rope that bound her hands.

Most of the people in the reception hall looked surprised to see the two figures, but when Elennora glanced at King Gerold and King Alvon, it seemed that the two of them didn't show the slightest bit of surprise on their faces.
