Eliza looked at Jocelyn angrily.
Her emerald eyes were wide open like a little kitten that wouldn't hurt anyone. If Jocelyn said anything she didn't like to hear from her mouth, she would pounce on her and give her a vicious bite.
Jocelyn's heart warmed at Eliza's reaction. Her mouth was even sweeter, as if she had just eaten a piece of candy.
She pulled Eliza to her side.
"I'm not a saint. They did such a terrible thing to me. How can I forgive them? It's just not the time to take revenge."
"Not the time?" Eliza's voice rose. She looked at Jocelyn with anger.
"Don't tell me you want to wait and keep on putting up with them."
Eliza broke free from Jocelyn and questioned.
"You always said that you wanted to wait, but look at what happened in the end? Every time, you would forget about it. How long exactly do you want to wait? How long?"
