Chapter 243:Sunset City

Lucas landed before Sunset City and walked toward the City Lord's mansion quickly.

Two guards crossed his path and stopped him.

Lucas saw the identification token.

They stared at him from head to toe and gave him a skeptical look.

They knew the identity of the token but seeing the boy carrying it, they started to doubt whether it was fake or not.

"Please inform the City Lord quickly, the situation is quite dire."

"The entire city is in trouble." Lucas pleaded.

The guard's expression stiffened and he decided to inform the Lord about it while Lucas stood at the gates waiting for confirmation.

A servant came hurriedly and muttered something into the guard's ears and the guard, nodding his head, opened the gates for Lucas to enter.

Lucas stepped in and followed the servant who stole a few glances at Lucas and said"Lord, is already in the meeting room waiting for you."
