Capítulo 123: Mark my words

Eden didn't expect that at all. He just came here, and instead of other people greeting him back, he just received a fighting proposition.

And to add salt to the wound, it was from someone who looked extremely strong. Or at least, from his point of view.

'Why the heck?' Eden said internally. 'How come the first thing they ask me is to fight against someone like him?'

"So?" Liam added when he saw that Eden hadn't answered yet.

"Can I know the reason?" Eden asked.

"It's to see if you're worthy of my time," Liam said with a cold glance.

"Well, and what's your level?"

"I'm level 198."

"I see," Eden made a sly smile. "I didn't know that the second years' students' hobby was to bully their underclassmen."

"What?" Liam raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

"I may be talented, but I'm just level 20," Eden explained. "So my talent won't be able to make up for our level difference."
