"I CAN'T believe that you're already done with your thesis."

Yvo just sipped his tea after hearing what his maternal uncle (and Quin's father) said.

Right now, he was in Professor Joaquin Davies' office in the academy. Since the professor was also his thesis adviser, he was required to submit his thesis to his uncle. If he could just ask Killian to deliver his thesis to the Academy, he would.

Unfortunately, his attendance was required.

"I'm relieved," Professor Davies said after scanning the papers, then he put it down on the table before he looked him in the eye. "I thought you were going to half-bake your thesis. I'm glad to see that you wrote it properly."

Yvo scoffed at his uncle's concern. "I don't do things half-baked, Professor."

"I'm sorry for doubting you for a moment," his uncle said, laughing. "Since it's you, I'm sure that your thesis will get approved by the panel."

"Then I don't need to attend the academy anymore, right?"
