Cyrus Helion already expected that, but he still got nervous after hearing Doctor McMillan's diagnosis of Yvo Woolsey.

And after an hour of emergency surgery, Doctor McMillan came out to inform him of his Yvo hyung's current condition.

"What do you mean by our facility isn't enough?" Cyrus asked, pretending to be upset. "I thought the clinic here in the academy is a small hospital that can be compared to the hospital in the Royal Capital? Is that all a lie? And here I thought my Mother and my Father's donations to the Academy are used properly."
