Connor and Chieko packed up and left the hotel.

According to Chieko's description, the Dullahan family's villa was not located in the most prosperous city center of Hondoria, but rather in a relatively remote mountainous area.

Back then, when the Dullahan family was at its most glorious, they bought the entire mountain and built a very luxurious hilltop villa. The Dullahan family still lived there until now.

There weren't many roads leading to the mountains. 

They could either take a taxi or a bus, but taxi drivers were generally unwilling to go to the mountains because it took a long time to go back and forth. Moreover, the security there was not very good, so even if Connor offered a very high price, the taxi driver would still think that Connor was a liar, so he would not agree to go there at all.

In the end, Connor and Chieko had no choice but to go by bus.
