The thick black curtains fluttered inside the duchess' room, letting some sunlight finally enter the room. This caught the maids' attention as they looked at each other. Feeling creeped out and confused as to how the curtains fluttered like that when there was no wind inside the room.
One of the maids walked closer to the curtain. Only to feel that there was nothing in there.
'Maybe, I'm getting tired right now to see things.' The maid thought. However, when she turned around, her eyes widened when all the other five maids inside the room were now lying on the floor unconscious. Before she could even scream, someone covered her mouth, and she started feeling drowsy.
"She's the last one," Knox muttered in a soft voice.
From the shadows, Myrene and the others came out.
"She indeed looks like them." Cerulian said in amazement as she looked upon the duchess who was in her bed. "And indeed pretty."
