Midoriya Pov
"Wow, I can't wait to meet our new classmates," I spoke to Uraraka.
"Yeah Deku, let's do our best,'' said Uraraka while twirling.
'She's too nice, I don't deserve her.'
"Hey broccoli, it seems you've changed and got into UA. Good thing I saved a future hero. "said a mysterious voice.
When I turned around, I was shocked. The owner of that voice was someone who was supposed to be locked up in Tartarus prison.
"How are you here?"
"I decided to try out this hero thing."
*Dante Pov*
"Hey, stop gawking at me, let's go inside instead of just standing here"
Broccoli finally shut his mouth and as I turned to walk into the classroom I was called by the girl with a permanent blush.
"Hey Deku, who is this"
Grinning, I turned to her "Well I am called Dante however you may know me as Azure Bird."
After watching her face constantly changing and being satisfied, I turned around and opened the classroom door. Looking inside I saw a scene.
"-I'll have fun tearing you a new one." Said the angry Pomeranian.
"You would threaten me, your classmates, are you sure you're in the right place?" Said a Mr. perfect-looking guy.
Then they both turned to see me, broccoli, and ms blush at the door.
"Well, I didn't know that boom boom boy who I also saved is here. Wait a minute, is everyone I saved an aspiring hero or something because this is crazy?"
"Oi who you are calling Boom Boom and what do you mean saved I was saved by that damn vigilante."
"Well, my dear Boom Boom, why don't you take a guess and recall if this seems familiar." With that, I activated my quirk despite the damn bracelet on my wrist to limit my quirk. I coated my body in my flames. They were at a low enough temperature that they didn't burn anything.
"That means you're him. Oi, the news said that you were in jail so how are you here?"
"Well Boom Boom I was offered a deal from the devil, and I accepted so here I am."
Just before we could continue conversing a caterpillar that is also one of the most annoying heroes for any emitter/transformation type quirk user to verse popped up.
"No quirk usage without permission, and you remember your deal. You're on probation that's why you got the bracelet. Now, class, everyone come and grab one of these gym uniforms, go to the locker room and put them on, and come outside."
* 5 Minutes*
"A quirk assessment test!" Screamed everyone.
And with that I tuned out everything, I hear ms blush ask about the stupid ceremony. 'I mean if they want to be saving people, what is that ceremony going to do? Well, I guess they are still flowers in a greenhouse, not accustomed to the outside world.' When I turned back in, I heard.
"-Potential as a pro hero," said Mr. Grumpy holding up a screen toward the class that said 705.2 Meters, and saw Boom Boom
Wow, his name Boom Boom isn't for nothing.
"That isn't fair." Well, ms blush isn't very knowledgeable in the ways of the world.
"You think natural disasters are fair, are power-hungry villains fair?" It seems he's giving them a real lesson on life. 'Good if he didn't, I would have.'
"Some of you probably know how unfair life is already. Your job as heroes is to combat the unfairness that other people couldn't." With that he had us do a series of tests.
With jogging, I got an average score since there's no need to be the best here, when watching my classmates, I saw some great quirks here and some that had some room for improvement.
One of them can shoot a powerful beam from their naval which is strong, but it only lasts a second. He needs some endurance training, Ms blush seems to be able to make things light but there should be more to it.
Anyway, that's a great quirk that could be used for damage control and also restraining, if I had her on my side, she could be used for dealing with people like All Might since no flying means stuck.
"My power had more uses than anyone else in this school." Sais boom boom It would seem some are just clear overconfident.
'I saw this girl with ivy hair earlier this morning, I would assume her quirk had to do with ivy if so, her quirk is very versatile just like Cementoss they could attack, defend, support, bind, separate and more.
Eraserhead then had us do more tests like grip strength, long jump, repeated side steps, etc. I saw some even better quirks like one kid's head is full of sticky balls which also has a lot of uses, Binding, climbing, sticking, making a wall of balls, etc. Man, if I could take quirks then UA would be my choosing spot.
Surprisingly broccoli didn't use his quirk. I had thought he was quirkless when I saved him, however, that's impossible since even if he could pass the entrance exam with his score now, he would fail. I assume he's a one-use kind of guy.
Then was the ball throw, ms blush had infinity which helped my theory that her quirk was more. It seems that she could make things weightless, very strong. Broccoli then threw the ball but it went short only 46 meters.
I shivered. Assuming that Eraserhead did one of my least favorite things on this earth I called out to him. "Hey, can you not do that you're going to give me some form of PTSD if you keep doing that."
Then every one gave me weird looks, but he ignored me, 'heh I'll get back to him later, it would seem we had an unexpected visitor.' I turned toward him as I heard broccoli out Aizawa as Eraserhead.
I Waved at All Might he looked shocked for a moment then warily waved back. Why I'm not that scary? As I looked back around it would seem Aizawa let go of broccoli and from what I heard at the end he gave a very disheartening pep talk to broccoli there.
When broccoli went back to try again, he looked very depressed. 'But man, how does Aizawa control that scarf, is that some kind of quirk? I might need to ask after this.'
I looked up to see that there were some weird lines on broccoli's fingers and he looked like he was giving one of those weird long speeches that the main character of a comic would in his head.
He then released the ball and man that was some air, he even got a score of 705.3 Meters. When I looked around to see who was also astonished, I found that the whole class was. Even the teachers, All Might even seem to be praising and giving an internal monolog about how cool broccoli is.
But what I was focused on was not his score but his finger. It looked broken, ' i had a couple of theories on why 1: Like I said earlier that he can only use his quirk once. But a quirk is like a muscle as long as you train it can get stronger plus even if he was a late bloomer and got his quirk at like 10 that would mean that when he awakened his quirk the damage would be way worse which would be the annihilation of his finger.
2: He has poor control however he seems very happy about getting into UA and being a hero, if so when you have a goal you would try and do whatever you can to achieve it like if a quirkless person wants to be a hero he would train his body, and if he wanted to be a hero, he would train his quirk so I would assume with all the time he had he wouldn't have that poor control.
3: Lastly, he just got his quirk, though this would mean that he is either the latest bloomer or he has some other method of getting a quirk.'
'Broccoli seems suspicious. I'll keep an eye on him. He was also about to be saved by All Might at the villain incident and now All Might is also here. This is suspicious.'
"Deku you bastard tell me how you did that or you're dead." Boom Boom said while charging towards broccoli.
"~ I smell some drama going on ~" I sang while walking around.
"Right, I agree." Said an alien girl, I'll call her Pinkette.
*Timeskip 2 Hours*
"I've ranked you all from best to worst."
We'll finally get all of these tests out of the way. Now when looking at the board I found my name at 13/21, that's a very average score just what I expected, when looking down broccoli is last. 'Well, I'll see you around broccoli."
"And I was just lying, no one is going home, that was just a rational deception to make you give your all on the test." Said Aizawa with a shit-eating grin.
I then tuned out Momo telling everyone that they should have known. 'No, he wasn't lying I can tell by his face, and by the fact that when I found out all the staff from the rat bastard, I looked up everything related to the staff, well old habits die hard. I found that he's expelled more than half his class countless times. This means that he found interest in broccoli and the rest of the people here.'
Then Aizawa started walking towards me and when he put his hands on my shoulder he said "Oh before I forgot everyone you may know him as Dante your classmate however, he is better known as Azure Bird the famous vigilante.
"Sensei I am concerned about not only mine but also everyone's safety with him here." Said Ida, he seems like a leader guy, I'm going to call him Pres.
"Don't worry he has some quirk restraining bracelets on, so it limits his quirk. Besides in the news, you must have heard debates on whether he's just an unofficial hero or not since he has never harmed innocents before.
He's here as he signed a contract that he will be tested on whether he can come here, as I'm sure you all know he's extremely strong and to lose such a guy and lock him up in a cell is less than preferable, anyways yeah, he's on our side now."
"I apologize Dante. I was worried about the safety of myself, and our fellow classmates and I judged you from sources that were not my own two eyes."
"It's cool pres however one thing Aizawa got wrong was if any of you turn out to be a corrupt hero or villain scum in general then you can assure you've signed yourself a death ticket."
As I said that I flare my quirk around my arm to scare them. 'Hah, how do you like this revenge? Aizawa now tries to teach scared kids.'
Before even a second passed my quirk was stopped on my arm and then disappeared. 'Damn this stupid bracelet limits my quirk and with that bastard's quirk they can cancel it out.'
"Don't do that, I'm going to get dry eyes because of you. Anyway, as he said, we at UA do not tolerate villains and if we catch any, we will send you packing to your bed in prison."
With that, he walked away, and I spun around to face my confused classmates. "Well, got to go, when you get home don't forget to brag about how you met the cool vigilante Azure Bird and one last thing, don't ever compare me to a villain scum, call me what you want but now this I am the purger of the streets and I am the one who kills the scum."
With that said I walked away to my temporary apartment that was provided by Nezu. 'I wonder when the media will be on me about getting released from prison and my acceptance at UA. Well not my problem, as long as there are no villains. I wonder how interesting this will happen tomorrow.'
*Timeskip Tomorrow Classroom*
"Welcome to the most important class at UA where you will learn to be a pro." All Might exclaimed brightly at the front of the class.
"Wow, that's his silver age costume."
"I'm getting goosebumps." The class said.
"Fight Training." Boom Said excitedly.
"Real combat?" Broccoli said worryingly.
Well time to school these kids into learning how to fight.
'This is going to be fun, even if they've removed the ranking system, I'll still kindly offer my services to help these future heroes become as strong as at least rank 100. After all, they are the 20 best freshmen in Japan's number 1 hero school.' I thought with an evil-looking grin.
