The entourage of wolves waved through the Underworld City's stone gate. They took the winding thousand stairs in giant leaps and raced towards the north of the Underworld Palace. 

This part of the Underworld Palace was less civilized. Sharp, jagged rocks jutted out from the red floor while fury heat seeped out of the fractured ground and permeated the air.

"Kulimo, what are the Trial Mountains? Are they far?" Queen Nakee felt uncomfortable under the blistering heat. As a cold-blooded beast, the last place she wanted to be was a blazing mountain.

"I don't know. This is the first time I'm hearing of the Trial Mountains." Kulimo nonchalantly replied. As an alpha banished at birth, he was as clueless about the Trial Mountains as the Snake Queen.

"But since members of the Ruling Wolf Pack are silence, it must be the designated place of the Wolf King's Trial." He swiftly changed into his wolf form and picked up his pace.
