As he came to he found himself beneath an unfamiliar ceiling. Looking around he began to get up, he was naked in a full-sized bed pushed to a corner of the room. Sitting up he rubbed at his face, it felt like he just got some of the best sleep of his life. He took time just to enjoy the strength he felt, enjoying the euphoria of being able to just simply swing his feet from the bed and have them hit the ground.
His toes cracked and stretched over the carpet before he started laughing, a rush of emotions, all good as he was able to do such small things to others. It took him an hour to calm down, from his jumping around, quick workout, and just enjoying the feeling of standing up. Once he did he was sitting on the chair next to the desk with a newer computer on it. He leaned back into it with a grin.
"I need to find out where I am... Was I given anything other than a place of my own?''

''That's simple, at least it's not something like losing my penis like in those one light novels." He chuckled, shaking his head before he began to examine the computer, once he turned it on it started up pretty fast, he's never had much access to a computer but he understood how they work pretty easily. Once it started he found it was password locked.
Seeing that he began to rummage around in the drawers, in them he found a notebook, a pamphlet to the high school itself a few notes, and a pencil case. Opening the pamphlet he began to go through it, it was a sports-focused academy, due to the number of clubs focusing on martial arts. It looked like there were already two circled, one being the archery club, and another the general fitness club.
Thinking about it he could agree that, ammo wouldn't be readily available everywhere during the outbreak, but arrows could be crafted if people had the know-how, which he didn't but that's what the two years were for.
He moved onto the notes, they were simple things, a to-do list, a grocery list, a few other random items, one of them being just a code, which resembled the password he used in his own life for the tablet he was given. Entering the passcode into the computer he unlocked it and brought it to a very basic-looking desktop, noticing near immediately that most of what he was seeing was in Japanese.
His Japanese was rusty but he knew enough to get by, be bedridden most of your life and you learn things like this just to have something to do. He knew Japanese, Chinese, Russian, German, but was fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch.
Deciding to leave the computer for now he turned to the notebook once more. Flipping through it he began to find quite a few of his old sketches, doodles, and the like he did on his tablet, one of them being the tattoo he ended up using. Guess this would give a reason why he already had a tattoo if he was at the age where he'd enter High school that was already two years in.
Putting the notebook down he pulled up a map on the computer, letting his location be seen as he found out where he was, he was actually in a location that allowed him easy access to all sorts of training, martial arts, weapon-wielding, and... A gun range?
"A gun range? Though I guess by the date, this is before the decline started to happen... But a range for shooting? I'll have to see what it requires for me to go there, I've never shot a gun in my life.''
Putting in the address to the school he noticed he was actually thirty minutes away by walking, that's good.
Leaving the computer he went to the nightstand by his bed and began to rummage through things, soon he found a wallet and what looked to be a folder full of papers.
Looking in his wallet he noted the sizable amount of cash, along with what looked to be a bank card, and I.D. and student I.D. along with what looked to be a license that allowed him to carry training weapons. This explains why so many people in Japan would carry around cold weapons, there was a license for it.
Setting the wallet down and starting to go through the folder, he noticed that he had his transfer papers, a military profile that looked similar to him, just much older and far more grizzled. A military family? Reading into the file it was shown he had no contact with his father who was usually over sea's, being sent money monthly from the father to help him live here with ease as long as he performed well, and by the marks, he had above-average grades. Nothing perfect, but it seems a lot of information was made so that he would be able to make his own story.
He would need to stay aware of anyone who worked across sea though who might've known his father, or possible enemies he's made. They had no interaction with each other, and nothing that showed they cared about each other but some people could be desperate, he's had a few times in his life where his life would be threatened due to someone jealous of his siblings.
Continuing to read he even had a recommendation to the academy itself because of his skills in sports and a recommendation later for learning how to shoot.
With now knowing how he was getting money, where he was, who he was, and how he should be himself. There was a ding and he looked up.

''Oh, neat. First magic weapon already?''
It was then he moved to the next item that he froze.
[Death Dealer.]
A weapon gifted to Rain by Death himself, able to take the look and functions of any weapon he wishes as long as he understands how they work. For ranged weapons, it cost mana to summon bullets for them, and these bullets can not change once they're summoned. If a new type of ranged weapon is switched to, more ammo must be summoned. Takes the appearance of normal ammunition unless the user understands how to make other ammunition. Stronger ammunition, or higher quality requires more mana.
-Growth weapon: Allowing it to grow stronger as Rain does, can also be reduced to a weaker state if wished.
-Immortal: In the event, the weapon is broken, it will disappear and return to the inventory where mana can be used to fix it. Depending on the severity of the break, depends on the amount of mana needed.
