Capítulo 104: THE INVITE

They both came back seated at their table once again. It was awkward for a moment until David cleared the air and began talking about what to do for the weekend. Their to-do list….

"Hmm, what will you be up to this weekend babe?" he softly asked.

Esmeralda felt a little better after. David broke the silence she is so ball he is not that angry regarding what happened but she knows he must be disappointed no matter what, rejected his advances is like rejecting him but she is not at fault and she hopes he will be understanding and patient with her.

"Well, not much I will just be at home with Linda that's all," she timidly replied to him and she smiled as widely as she could so she could ease the atmosphere.

David silently listened and waited for her to finish speaking before replying, "I wanted us to go on a weekend road trip…. I hope you won't mind accompanying me on one?" he gently replied and crossed his fingers waiting for her answer.
