Capítulo 37: YOU ARE STILL HERE

Petro waited impatiently for Linda to come back from the servants quarters, she is taking longer than he imagined, and he is beginning to believe she is doing it on purpose so he leaves and doesn't wait for her anymore.

He opened the door and was about to leave when Linda's voice come in the air, "Just call me when you guys are done with it all Lupe please!" He heard her say to them.

"Yes ma'am."

Adela beside Lupe saw Petro upon entering the kitchen, "Sir…sir…Petro" she managed to greet him.

Petro timidly glance at the girl, 'what is wrong with her?'

"You are still here?" Linda asked the obvious question.

"I was waiting for you so we can leave together," he answered.

Linda scoffed, hun, "If I can remember correctly… we weren't born in the same day?" She sarcastically replied to him.

"I know COUSIN!" he emphasized his last words for Linda who glared at him and shuffle past him out of the kitchen.
