"You're the most beautiful woman on this planet," Kreznik said in awe, making Lavender blush. 

"…you really think so?"

She looked so hesitant. So nervous. He would have hugged her or something to make her feel better anyway because he didn't like seeing her upset but that wasn't what happened. 

Kreznik kissed her. Desperately. More desperately than he would have thought was possible. 

He wasn't attracted to her. He had thought such a thing was impossible because her species was so different from his and had only gone along with what she wanted to avoid breaking his cover. 

Or…he hadn't been until he saw what she really looked like. A human K'rllian. Pale, purple, and perfect. The only other time he had felt remotely like this was when he realized what her eye color was and that wasn't nearly as strong.
