**ADDIE'S POV**

It was a long day. I still wasn't tired as I waited for the time to pass. There wasn't much for me to do, aside from making notes in my journals for the trip while the others slept on. I made notes that were both personal and general. There were two journals that I was keeping at this point. One for things that I didn't want anyone else to ever see, and one for Nolan and the others to read when we got back. These were more like travel logs than journals, but it was all the same to me.

After all the notes were finished, Grandfather came back to the house. He was happy to report that there was no true structural damage to the house, and that all the cosmetic repairs would be finished as quickly as he was able to manage. He was still upset about what had happened, but he was happy that it was all over.
