**ADDIE'S POV**
When I woke the next morning, I still couldn't believe all that had happened to me the day before. The misunderstandings of my attendants, the visit with the Magus, the stupid frilly dress that they had put me in, all of it. I honestly almost felt like I had dreamt it all and that it didn't really happen at all. That wasn't the case though, and I knew it. I mean, I was able to see the clothes that Nolan had lent me hanging from the wardrobe across the room. They were a stark reminder that it was not a dream or my imagination at all.
After waking up, I was dressed and prepared for the day. I was not what one would consider sweaty at all, and I took a bath every night before bed, so I didn't need to bathe in the morning. The most that I did was freshen myself up and allow the staff to dress me.
