Capítulo 69: Why Is She Here?

"Addie, is this the only mark that you have?" Dominic let go of my left hand and looked me in the eyes with excitement in his eyes. He was acting like the little boy that his looks had suggested when I first saw him. That boyish grin, overly excited nature, all of it.

S..still, I didn't care how nice or friendly, or even how childlike he might act, I was never going to accept him. I would never love him or let him touch me in that way. Ugh! Too bad that I needed to comply and answer him.

"W..well, I do have one more mark." I told him as I moved my other hand closer to him so he could see the mark on my right wrist. His eyes lit up and sparkled when he saw it. And just like last time, he took my hand and moved it all about so that he could see the marks from different angles. That was the most uncomfortable thing about this whole thing. I didn't want to be touched like that.
