Noah thought of his plan with the little demon empress, they wanted the rebels to feel that there is some kind of problem between the two royal families.
Noah lets Huan Caiyi resolve the problem on her own, while he provided some support for her.

So the presence of a new royal clan will be difficult to adjust to." Noah said as addressed the mindset of all present in the meeting hall.

Huan Caiyi met with Noah in a secret chamber after faking his leave out of the meeting hall. The two were sitting and discussing things between them. Finally, Huan Caiyi could not hold her curiosity and asked Noah.
"I did not understand, how will you handle all those cumbersome matters written in the scroll?"

Noah asked her to prepare this. She also stood up and handed the herbs to Noah. He has already told her about the process, but she still hesitated at the final step.
Noah silently mixed the herbs in a complex manner in the water. The water in the bathtub changed colors in the first few minutes. Noah just focused on doing his task.
Huan Caiyi steeled her resolve. She thought how she begged for power in the Golden Crow Lightning Flame Valley. The lack of power led to the destruction of her family. She also felt a faint longing to understand Noah's methods.
She herself did not understand the change in her behavior towards Noah. Although her mind was still filled with revenge, she was very curious about Noah. She often thought about how he did certain things and the changes he made in her dull life, that she led since she was 20 years old (The time she became the little demon empress).
Huan Caiyi looked at the bathtub that gave a warm and soothing feeling. She got rid of her clothes and her naked body submerged in water.
Noah scanned the naked body of the little demon empress without her noticing. Despite looking like a little girl, her petite body and small curves did a little to diminish her beauty. Noah only thought that her title of the most beautiful woman of the demon continent was well deserved.
Huan Caiyi felt gentle energy seeping inside her body from the water mixed with herbs. She could feel the years of accumulated injuries healing by the gentle energy. The whole process was very smooth.
After mixing all the herbs, Noah placed his hands on the small back of the little demon empress. He felt her body tensing up upon his touch. He ignored it and infused his phoenix flames to cover her body.
After the touch from Noah's warm palms, Huan Caiyi felt the Phoenix bloodline inside her being stimulated. She felt the degree of the healing process increase by a notch.
Noah was using his control over fire elements and the healing properties of the phoenix flames, to remove the deep damage done by the Golden Crow flames. It was more effective than only using herbs.
Noah had other ways to heal her, but he wanted to take his time with this continent and Huan Caiyi.
The process lasted for a few hours. The color of water in the bathtub was back to normal as the entire essence of the herbs was seeped inside her body.
Huan Caiyi closed her eyes and felt changes inside her body. She assumed that she would need at least 3 more sessions to heal completely. Exactly the same number Noah gave her.
"After 3 more sessions in the span of 4 months will give you enough time to control the phoenix flames. I will come back after a month. Be sure to collect the herbs." Noah said.
"Thank you for the treatment." Huan Caiyi said in a small voice without turning her back.
"This is what I promised you earlier. I will go back to take care of other things. You can contact me if there are any major problems." Noah said as he felt the chamber.
Huan Caiyi turned to look at Noah's departing back. Unknown thoughts flashed through her mind.

Noah floated above the imperial city and used his spiritual sense to look for some people. At this moment Noah only planned to increase his understanding of the lightning element. Despite his high affinity with the lightning element, he wanted to increase it.

It was time to rest.
