Capítulo 141: CXLI: THE ARGUMENT WITH SELENE

She tried to help. You could bear her witness, however, her offer to help was flung out of the window cruelly. 

With the way she asked, she did not expect Selene to agree to stay for lunch but Selene ate her lunch with her. 

After lunch and Selene was ready to go, she topped her. "I asked your king to give me the opportunity of joining the war and he told me all he wanted from me was a child," Aurora told Selene calmly despite the anger and hurt she felt from those simple words he told her. 

Selene paused and turned to face her. She clearly did not believe what Aurora said with the look of disbelief she wore. "I . . .i  . . .  is that . . . ?"
