"Are you not curious about what that thing is?" Selene asked enjoying the conversation as much as Aurora hated it.
"No, I am not," Aurora gave her a nonchalant answer as she looked around hoping to see her horse. "Where is my horse?" She asked her impatiently.
"It will arrive soon. I just thought it is only right that we talk to each other for a while before you leave because I do not know when we are going to see each other again. You do not seem to like my presence anymore and I wonder why," Selene complained with a sad look in her eyes.
Aurora did not answer her as her eyes brightened when she saw her horse. "I must leave. Keep your news for some other time," she told Selene before nodding to her and mounted her horse.
Selene watched her leave and shook her head. "She missed an opportunity to know about that child she now carries," Selene murmured under her breath as she turned to take the steps back into the castle.
