"What?" Everyone exclaimed at the news. Everyone except Dreamer.

The people there started murmuring beneath their breaths as a commotion occurred in the meeting room.

Seeing the ruckus, Beff clapped his hands to get attention.

"Everyone. Please calm down. There is a reason why killing is allowed this time."

"And what is that?" Michael asked.

"People like nothing more than blood especially when it's not theirs. They are paying to see blood. And the fighters who will fight in the tournament are not some kids. They have seen blood many times. So I think allowing the killing isn't a big deal."

"It is a bloody big deal, Beff. Death is not a joke." Abraham, for the first time, spoke.

"Oh yeah?" Roy chimed in, raising one of his eyebrows. "You are talking like you people haven't killed anyone."
