"The headmaster of the world's top known university, if you want to call it that is the only known master of circle magic, it is said that even if all of his stats where set to 1 he could crush the entire continent with his insanely strong and mana efficient spells, but that part is just a rommer. All we know for sure is that he runs the mana portion of the school and can take on gods by himself. Most notably his battle Tinia, the god of fire and thunderstorms."
"He is also the writer of a few textbooks, which are very rare but I have a copy of volume one, unfortunately it was more than a billion dollars for the school to acquire so I can't lend it to anyone, but if you all look here I can publicly divulge this one page."

It was a simple fireball spell, but it had hundreds of runes, symbols, and circles in itself to increase efficiency. It didn't even use the normal fireball spell as its core and instead broke it up into four parts, the air, the heat, the fuel, and then final the combo. It looked like three small circles that only barely stuck out from the large one in front of it. The detail was insane, there was no way he would be able to cast this. If done correctly it would take only one mana by having very efficient single parts that combine into the deadly fireball.
"This is the perfect fireball, and after many years of study I have managed to recreate it myself. Unfortunately I could only do it one time but I recorded it so here it is."
A video rolled of him holding the leather bound book a few seconds before firing the spell. It probably took him a long time to prepare with how much of the circle was already complete when the video started. But just a moment later the elements combine in the front circle and within a hundredth of a second a fireball the size of Jake's head shoots out, completely desecrating the entire mountain in front of him.
It had an insane amount of strength that even with a max level explosive fireball you would need hundreds of magic stat and problony a similar amount of mana to cast. And for one mana he had cast it regardless of his magic stat. Looked unreal. And the worst part was that that was the simplest one in the book, and was meant to focus on a single target.
"I do want to note that I did not correctly do the containment part of the spell, which is why it had such a large explosion rather than being contained for max damage."
He pointed to one of the symbols in the front circle that was drawn in the outskirts of it which he failed to create. It was one of hundreds of symbols so it didn't interrupt too much but it was still important.
"As you can see I did the other four, but missed this one so it was broken."

An interesting class that proved to be useful, but Jake wondered was in the rest of the book if this was only page one. Someone could gain hundreds of magic points by reading it even if they couldn't even start to comprehend the full spell. It really showed the limitless power magic could bring when used correctly.
When class ended Jake went over to talk to Jaylen and Ray.
"Did you guys see that! I gained like 5 magic in one session"
"Mhm! I want to see if daddy can get me the full book. If he can, I will become a mega witch!"
Ray jumped in
"Let me borrow it if you do, I could do some insane adjustments to my tridents with it. Maybe make them massive and explode and flood the room and turn into starks!"
"You mean it would turn into sharks or it would turn enemies into sharks?"
"Both maybe, it's just so cool to think that magic like that exists and all we have to do is learn it. No level requirement or anything, just knowledge!"
The three of them talked through monster class, because compared to the magic lesson it was way too boring for them to pay attention, let alone take notes. Jake tried his best to recreate the circle in his head but didn't know where to start. Combat class wasn't so dull.
"I heard that you were all shown the perfect fireball today, so I bet you're all going to be happy to improve, so today we are doing something fun, but also difficult and frustrating."
He opened the chest next to him to reveal a stat card on the back of the rough for the context.

Converts all damage into a self-stun.
"Everybody grab one. The walls will soon open fire arrows, get hit with 10 arrows and you're out. Last one standing gets a reward. You may attack others, but please do not kill each other. The shields can only take so much. Last 3 standing get a reward."
As soon as everyone had their energy shield on, the arrows began to fly.
Jaylen had no interest in hiding her true abilities and instantly summoned her magician who built a block of ice around them to keep her safe. Everyone was surprised by this huge leap in power, but were more worried about the skeletons she left outside to attack everyone. There were so many arrows going everywhere that the pure offense warriors got out almost immediately. With a combination of special reconstruction and the occasional use of focus Jake could easily dodge the arrows and attacks alike.
