Chapter sixty: Let me make it up to you

Alexander took another step.

"This is your last warning his Highness. Walk away" Jamie told him.

"I can't walk away from you, Monisha" it was the truth.

"Then I will hurt you badly with this scissors" Jamie brandished the scissors to him.

"Then do it, Janessa. Hurt me....but I am not leaving my wife alone when she is hurting" Alexander told her. He took another step. Then another and another until he was so close to her he could hug her. And it was exactly what he did.

Jamie let go of the scissors and it fell to the ground.

He held her. He could see she was trying to appear brave. He held her tighter and kissed her hair. Alexander felt the wet cheeks on his chest. She was trying not to cry in his presence. 

When he had given up hope, she hugged him back. Just wrapped her arms around him and took the comfort he gave.

"You've ruined me" She whispered
